End of September Update

Hey there, we’re team Stealth Archer, working on creating a goofy VR game where anything and everything can be used as an arrow. Within the group, Lily Blackwell is the group lead and works on character modeling, rigging, and lighting and post processing. Steven Wallace is working on blueprinting, environments, and processing and FX. Nathan Jones is in charge of level design and 2D art. Justus Feik is doing blueprinting and coding and lighting and post processing. Jerry Kinder is working on modeling and rigging and lighting and post processing

Lily's been working on creating low poly hands for the player character in VR. The hands are modeled and made, just working on getting the animations to work within Unreal.

Nathan's the 2D art guy, he's made some concept art for the game as well as the banner for our itch page! He also made a layout for the prison level where the game starts and is working on layouts for the forest and town levels.

Steven is our all-rounder, the go-to guy when something breaks. Mainly though, he's been working on blueprinting for the bow and its related mechanics with Justus.

Jerry works on our animations, pulling them from Mixamo and getting them to work with our models. So far, he's animated our knights and is working on other NPC characters.

Justus is our coding guy, he's been working on the bow and bow mechanics with Steven.

As a team we've pulled our ideas together to lay the groundwork for our game. We have a shared vision, and we've all chosen roles in order to make this game the best we can. We meet often and continue to share ideas and help each other where we can.

As an exciting side note, some students from another class (real-time rendering) are creating the trailer for our game! Shout out to them, Logan Hunter, Rae Lumely, Abby Bennett, and Darren Vanyo!
